My name is Chloe and I’m so excited to meet you all! I grew up in San Francisco but I moved to Park City, UT before 6th grade because as a ski racer I needed to live in the snow for training. I’ve been living and interning in Paris for the last 3 months working with a company called Médcins du Monde. They take in the migrant, refugee, and homeless population in France and provide access to medical attention as well as help to reach a more stable situation (food, lodging, apply for refugee status, apply for health insurance, etc). I am taking a half gap year and will start college at Middlebury in February. I wanted to start in February because I felt it provided a necessary pause from the craziness during school and it gave me time to do some new and interesting things and explore a bit. I’m excited to see and do things unlike anything I’ve ever done before because although I’ve traveled a fair amount I’ve never spent time in Asia. My fun fact is that I started skiing before I started talking!
