Info about arrival in Bolivia

¡Hola queridos estudiantes!

We are so excited to see you in less than one week´s time! So we hope you are getting everything ready!

Here is information for you to be sure of what is going to happen after you leave the U.S.

At the Miami airport you will be met by our Admissions Associate, Miriam Payne, who will help guide the group as they check in for their flight.  The students will then go through security on their own and board their international flight to Bolivia.  There will be a brief layover in the city of Santa Cruz early the next morning, where the students will be directed to a waiting area before continuing on to La Paz.

Upon arrival in La Paz (a flight of about 45 minutes), the students will go through migration, where they will be asked to present their Bolivian Tourist Visas.  They will then collect their bags, and pass through customs.  We ask that students wait until the entire group has passed through migration and retrieved their bags before exiting the baggage area.  We will be waiting for you when you exit the Baggage Claim!  Both the La Paz and Santa Cruz airports are quite small and students will be directed where to go every step of the way.

We are looking forward to seeing you! Safe travels!

Raquel, Itzá y Brian!
