Shared Reading and Kathmandu Equipment Purchases

Hello again everyone!

Reading:

I’d love to develop a shared book list where whoever would like brings 1 or 2 books so we can have enough for everyone without anyone being weighed down by their personal library over the next 12 weeks. I’m personally bringing Narcissus and Goldmund by Herman Hesse, Zen and the Art of Motorcycle Maintenance by Robert Pirsig and potentially Mad Country from the book list. I can’t imagine us needing more than 12 books so if everyone brings one or a few people bring a couple we should be good! (Advice from I-Team also welcome)

Kathmandu Equipment Purchases (Question for I-Team):

I was wondering if you recommended we hold off on buying certain trekking goods (i.e. pants, shirts, liners, etc…) until we got to the urban homestay portion of our travels even though it seems we have two weeks which include a mini trek before we get to Patan. In the webinar Carin recommended we buy what we can in Kathmandu, but I just wanted to check in with you guys while I still had time to get some stuff.

Can’t believe we’re under a week away! Ahhh! Excitement.

Best!

Benjamin
