Ni hao Dragons students and parents!
I’m the China Language 4B group instructor, I was born and raised in a small village in Jiang Xi province surrounded by breathtaking nature. My grandmother was a Qi Gong master, that’s why I got to practice natural healing and spiritual practises, as well as gathering knowledge and understanding of traditional Chinese culture. In 2008 I completed my first Yoga teacher Certification, an experience that led me to travel to many countries to deepen my Yoga practice and knowledge. In 2012 after I was certified from W.F.A.S(The World Federation of Acupuncture-Moxibustion Societies), which allowed me to deeply practice alternative medicine and natural healing. After getting my certification I practiced in a clinic in Shenzhen, in the southern Chinese province of Guangdong for 2 years. In 2016, mostly attracted by the sunshine and natural beauty of the south-western Chinese province of Yunnan, I moved to Kunming city. There I started several projects and community-oriented activities, mostly focusing on Yoga and natural healing. As a result, I built 2 Yoga studios, both of which focus on mental balance, physical therapy and dietary therapy.
My dream had always been travelling and discovering the world, and so far I have made it throughout Europe, Asia and the Middle East. It gave me the chance to widen my horizons with new experiences at every turn. The picture above was taken in Myanmar, when I was traveling across South East Asia, having the chance to hang out with the local kids. I’m a very open minded and easy going person, embracing all cultures and different backgrounds wherever I go. My first encounter with the dragons was in 2017, when I got involved in independent study project by teaching Chinese traditional medicine. I was honoured to have the opportunity to give a presentation about it to a language course, cementing my work with the dragons.
I’m so exited to start our summer course! I have so much to share with you about the authentic China! Please do not hesitate to contact me at [email protected] if you have any kind of questions!
See you very soon in China!
