A Day of Knots and Calligraphy

When we arrrived at Beijing 101 we went to the first class where the students were presenting their projects about the American Civil War. They were all very informative and engaging. Next I had Physics, a class that I actually enjoyed because the topic was on astrophysics. Having gone to and returned from lunch the Boyz headed out to perfect our soccer skills in order to defeat the tyrant that  is Beijing 101. Later, we had a knot tying class to make bracelets. The class ultimately, unanimously voted that Ben Summers had the best bracelet while Kacey’s was an insult to Chinese culture. The rest of the day included a Chinese class to learn colors and simple phrases and a calligraphy class to paint characters. It was certainly a day to remember.
