My name is Grace but you can call me Gracie! I come from the least populated state–Cheyenne, Wyoming. I recently decided to take a gap year to become fluent in Spanish before attending University of Denver. I enjoy playing tennis, writing songs, and yoga.
Although I come from a smaller town, I am quite adventurous and love trying new things. So far, my favorite Spanish-speaking experiences includes Spain and Costa Rica, and I am sure Guatemala will be next on my list!
This summer, I taught little kids tennis and interned at an engineering office. I loved both, so I hope to explore more interests/fields while in Guatemala. This will be such a learning and growing experience. I can’t wait to meet everyone!
