Our Manifesto

Hello all! After much deliberation, here is our Mission Statement. It is a list of 13 points which each of us believes should be a guide to an amazing three months here in Nepal. Here goes!

May my heart overflow with compassion and love for all sentient beings.

May I allow myself to find peace in discomfort and know that two truths can exist at once.

May I listen with authenticity, intimacy, and intentionality.

May I be aware of my place in the world and embrace cultures different form my own without imposing my cultures standards.

May I be as gentle to the earth as it is nourishing to us.

May I recognize the universal unity within myself and each other, radiating outwards.

In action – May I refrain from doing unto others what I would not have done to me.

May I have the courage to trust and the strength the be vulnerable.

May I walk the ever changing path with confidence in spirit.

May I have the power to recognize that when things go wrong, the journey itself is not wrong.

And May It Be So.
