Good morning from 9,219ft above sea level! Following a surprisingly easy 8 hour bus ride from Samaipata, we are out on the streets of Sucre acclimating and attempting to absorb the unique city in the 3 short days we have here while reflecting upon the initial leg of our trip. The first few days in Bolivia revolved around getting to know each other and establishing goals, expectations, hopes, and rules for the next 79 days. Our three instructors, Jhasmani, Ben, and Ana have been flawless in their facilitation of icebreakers for what now feels like an intimate group. To be fair, Fireside chats , walks in town and in the hills, games of soccer, and the exquisite Bolivian cuisine have certainly not drawn us away from each other. Can´t stay long as we (Tabita, Ella, Katherine, and Sophie) are grabbing a pastry before meeting up with some others in the plaza.

Until another update,
