A lil observation?

Hey there whoever’s reading this, I’m just posting a nice observation rather than a story or a experience because I can’t think of one that I’d be able to flesh out to the degree that it deserves. But I’ve not noticed one person in Indonesia being rude or unpleasant. Like everyone from our bus drivers who drove us to and from North Sumatra on ten hour trips one way, to everyone on the street, to the security guard who I had to ask where the exit was when I got dropped off in a weird amusement park area by accident. Everyone’s just trying to put their best foot forward and I’m guessing that they’re being more polite to me and the rest of the group because we’re dumb foreigners, but it’s still so nice to be treated this way.
