Altitude medication

Hi everyone

This is in response to your question about altitude medication. Having a doctor’s prescription would suffice and you won’t need to bring prophylactic altitude medication with you. Since Acetazolamide (Diamox) is readily available in Nepal we can easily access it when needed. But if you already have it with you, you can choose to bring it and we can hold on to it at orientation.

Regarding the kind of probiotics, please do use your own judgement based on your need as different people have different preferences/needs. Ask your healthcare professionals/pharmacist they will be able to suggest what might be good for you.

Regards
