Carrying more than our backpacks

Hello dear family and friends!

We send greetings from the Sacred Valley where we have been welcomed with lots of rain, yummy local vegetables and time to connect as a group!

The joining of all these incredible young souls has been a wonder to watch. As an instructor, I am grateful for each student that brought more than what was on the packing list. As a group we are carrying curiosity, compassion, energy, and authenticity every where we go. That’s all I can really ask for, willingness and readiness. I can imagine each of you that are reading this contributed in big ways to your loved one being able to arrive in such fashion. So thank you!

I am firm believer that nothing brings a group of people together like mountain time. And so we are off on our first trek Thursday! Into the Valley of Lares and will return Sunday the 17th to move into our extended homestays in Urubamba. Expect to hear from everyone sometime early next week.

Until then, here are some photos of our time so far!

Blessings,

Elly
