ISP Cooking Day 2

Hello everyone!

We are back with another few dishes. Today we made three dishes including Tiradito, Aji de Quinoa o Pollo, and Vejetales de Panko. Daniela will be writing about Aji de Quinoa and Vejetales de Panko and I will be writing about Tiradito. So here it is.

Ingredients:

1 piece of Tiradito

3 rocoto (red chile pepper)

1 onion

14 tsp Salt

14 tsp Pepper

2 limes

 

How to cook:

a) Cut the peppers, throwing away the middle of each pepper. After place them in water and let it boil.

b) Take your piece of fish and laminas (type of cutting like sashimi) it. After store in the fridge.

c) Cut the onion on both ends, then cut it once down the middle the long way and two cuts the short way.

d) Put the onions and peppers in a pot at a heat that the onions are crackling at.

e) Once onions and peppers are cooked blend them together.

f) Strain the blended mix on a plate.

g) Add salt, pepper, and lime. Mix well.

h) Get your fish from the fridge and flatten it. After add to final plate.

i) Add a spritz of pepper and salt over a dish.

j) Add the other lime over fish using your other hand to make sure the seeds do not get in the dish.

k) Add sauce.

l) Enjoy! (Add any additions such as sweet potato or more pepper as how you like it.
