Attached are some photos of the group saying goodbye to the families who hosted us in Chaukati for ten days. Max and Sylvia prepared a speech thanking them for their hospitality and warmth. Annika will be returning to Chaukati for her two-week long Individual Study on midwifery practices and women’s health in the village.
Tomorrow the group heads to Rowaling Valley in Gaurishankar Conservation Area for a 10 day trek. During this time we will be in touch with the Dragons office, but won’t have a chance to post to the Yak Board. Keep an eye out in early April for some reflections on the trek experience!
