As I sat at lunch,
I felt something pulling me to the river.
I ate fast, went out the back, and sat.
Thoughts swirled into my mind
at the speed of the rapids.
I closed my eyes, bowed my head, and prayed.
Which was a rare occurrence for me on any day.
As I began to ask for guidance to see if I’m on the right path,
a swift wind hit my back as if it was the touch of a hand.
Tears streamed down my face,
and I knew that I am.
Below are some drawings I have done from the first half of the trip.
