A Wing and Self Love

To the wing:

I know it’s a bit silly that I’m writing you like this, but I guess it’s a bit comforting as well. I think I have more faith in your wing than I have faith in a lot of things at the moment. And I don’t think that’s so wrong.

Maybe I need a bit more faith in myself.

You’ll be my reminder.

You’re imperfect, but transparent. some parts of you have their dark spots, but your build is strong and let you fly. You’re not flashy, but elegant. You show yourself how you are. In the end, all lines meet and feed into each other.

I’ll remember these things.

And if anyone says a bugs wing can’t teach you about self love, then they are damn wrong.
