Hello Friends!

Hi Everyone 🙂

I hope you are all having a good day! I’m Danielle and I guess we’ll be hanging out for the next few months.  I live in Massachusetts but probably spend more time in Connecticut, which is only five minutes down the road.  My town has the longest named place in the United States, our lake is Lake Chargoggagoggmanchauggagoggchaubunagungamaugg, which if I spelt right should have 45 letters.

Some things about me—my backyard contains six chickens who are the light of this world, I have a collection of about 60 butterknives from all over, and my first pet plant is a seven year old Madagascar Dragon Tree named George.  I enjoy trees, reading, and fried rice.  Since I am unsure how else to introduce myself, I will tell you about one of the best days of my life:

We were on a camping trip about a year ago and I look down the street to where this man was holding a Canada Goose.  I thought, “Wow that guy has a goose, that’s very cool.” I went over to this man and told him, “Wow, you have a goose, that’s very cool.” Then what can only be described as a miracle happened, this man tells me he likes my shirt and asks if I want the goose.  Of course I accepted.  I carried that goose back to my campsite where I gave him a pat and told him to have a good day.  Nobody has ever been as happy as I was to be covered in goose pee.

I’m very excited to meet all of you and look forward to trying new things together!

Peace Out,

Danielle
