DEPARTURE DAY DETAILS & REMINDERS

Dear Dragons Students & Parents,

Your journey is right around the corner and we can’t wait to meet you! Below is a reminder about your day-of travel details. Should you need to reach our staff during students’ travel days (both during AND outside of normal office hours), please call our office at 303-413-0822 or email: [email protected] with “TRAVEL DAY QUESTION” in the subject line:

DAY OF DEPARTURE:

  • Carry your passport with you.
  • Make sure you have the meet-up instructions sent to you by email with your passport so that the information is easily accessible.
  • Wear your Dragons t-shirt for easy identification!

 

CONNECTING WITH YOUR DRAGONS GROUP IN MIAMI
  • Please arrive to Miami International Airport by 12:00 NOON on Sunday, September 15th, 2019.
  • If you are arriving by air, proceed to baggage claim and gather your bags from your connecting flight
  • Meet your group at the “Wall of Honor” memorial, located in Terminal D, Level 2. Look for a large black marble wall with names inscribed on it. Our Miami Travel Day Coordinator, Miriam Payne, and your student travel leader, Sophie Iglar, will be wearing Dragons t-shirts and awaiting your arrival.

 

IF YOU ARE NOT TRAVELING ON THE SAME FLIGHTS AS THE GROUP:

You and your instructors should have already finalized your plans to meet up with the group. If you have not connected with your instructors on this topic already, please email [email protected] immediately.
