X-Phase Cooking Class

On our last day in Battambang for X-Phase we went to a Khmer cooking class at Nary‘s Kitchen. We bought ingredients—lemongrass, coconut milk, kafir lime, chili peppers—at the market then went to make fresh spring rolls, fish amok, beef lok lak, and banana tapioca. We left full and with a book of recipes. It was lovely and a lot of fun.
