On Tuesday, the students, Colin, and Bradford woke up around 4 am to travel to Borobudur before most tourists would arrive. Borobudur is a a Buddhist temple that attracts many people, Indonesians and travelers alike. Immediately upon arriving, the size of the temple blew my mind. Similar in shape to a pyramid, the Temple depicts hundreds of Buddha statues and intricate carvings. It was an experience I and my peers will never forget. Afterwards, we went to a pool to swim, and then to a massive mall for shopping, rounding out an amazing excursion day.
