Hola a [email protected] desde Cochabamba!

Wow, hard to believe we have only been for about five days! We have packed so much in and have already become a little family. After a few days of recovering from the two day travel fiasco, we settled into this beautiful home in Sacaba. We have had so many little adventures and beautiful group moments, but one of the standouts for me was the hike we took yesterday in the hills of Sacaba. We saw some incredible views of Cochabamba and encountered several local residents and animals. Our instructor, Alan, has been teaching us some Quechua words, so we greeted everyone we saw with “Allin P’unchay”, the Quechua word for “Buenos Dias”. The hike was filled with meaningful conversations and lots of laughs. Tomorrow we embark on our three day trek and I can’t wait for more trail bonding time:)

Abrazos,
